Application
Absolute Quantification
Standard curve를 사용하면, 유전자의 절대량을 측정할 수 있습니다. 예제의 2-fold dilution, 5 point는 98%의 효율을 보여주었습니다. Unknown sample의 예상값과 계산값 사이는 5% 이내의 정확성을 보여주었습니다.
Relative Quantification
RQ 소프트웨어는 최신 수학적 모델과 근거를 갖춘 통계 분석을 사용하여, 여러 그룹에서 서로 다른 타겟의 gene __________expression__________ level 을 비교할 수 있습니다. 필요한 모든 계산 및 통계는 소프트웨어 내에서 수행됩니다. 데이터는 숫자와 그래픽으로 확인할 수 있습니다. Mic의 탁월한 온도 균일성으로 0.2 fold 의 작은 샘플 간의 차이를 쉽게 감지 할 수 있습니다.
Melt / Allelic Discrimination
FRET hybridization probe, beacon, Plexor 등 다양한 chemistries와 분리된 melt curves를 사용하여 genotype을 분석할 수 있습니다. Melt peaks는 반전시킬 수 있습니다. Hybridization probe과 Allelic Discrimination을 이용하여 genotypes를 결정할 수도 있습니다.
High Resolution Melting
HRM(옵션) 소프트웨어는 까다로운 Class IV SNP를 포함한 mutation을 구분할 수 있습니다. HRM is the perfect tool for applications including determining allele prevalence, screening for loss of heterozygosity, DNA fingerprinting, DNA methylation, species identification and calculating the ratio of somatic acquired mutations.
